What is the frequency of filter replacement?
A1:  Listed in the Factory literature as 6 months to 9 months but in our experience we find most people can use it from 9 months to a year. The WQA recommends that any filter should be replaced at the 1 year mark, however we have had some go as long as 2 years. There is a digital filter life indicator on the unit to be used as a guide. The filter life may be affected by the quality of the source water. Top

What about other parts that may need replacing?
A2: Any time there is a unit operation problem those  parts would be covered by our warranty. We  carry a full selection of parts in stock for warranty repair and have been personally trained by the Koreans in the service of these units. Top


Is the unit guaranteed for 2 years parts and labour?
A3: Yes, it is a 2 year period. In good faith we have even been honouring a 3 yr.- 4 yr.  extended warranty at no cost but that may not continue into the future depending on circumstances at the time. Top

Are you the service depot? What is their expected turn around time?
A4:  We are factory trained to repair the units and do it at our location. We do the repair within a day or 2 of receiving the unit and return to you promptly. We realise that this is a crucial health tool for many of our customers! We cannot guaranty the shipping delivery time. Top

What is the procedure for a customer to have a warranty situation resolved?
A5: The customer, or the Dealer, would call us about your unit problem. If the unit needs to be returned to us , the customer will pay for the shipping to us . We will pay for all parts, labour, and return shipping by Canada Post Expedited Mail. Top

Can it be used commercially?
A6: The Regency II and X are not Commercial units and warranty may be refused when used in a water outlet business or other applications. However, Alkaline Water can be used  in innumerable ways but an Industrial size unit is required for these applications e.g., the dairy industry, with poultry, even for crops! All this is now being demonstrated to these industries. The Alkaline Ionized Water should be available to the animals as their drinking water supply. The Acidic Ionized Water will benefit crops , control weeds plus  the acidic water retards bacteria so it can be used for cleaning animal confinements. A commercial unit is available by special request only. Top

Do you have a money-back guarantee?
A7: Since we distribute these units to our Independent Dealers all across Canada & the USA we do not have a money back program. Some of our Dealers may do that but we recommend a person ask all the questions first and then make an informed decision. You should also clearly establish what you expect the unit or water to do in order for it to be satisfactory. Too often the money back guaranties  are used by high pressure sales groups instead of explaining the science or mechanics of the product. As a company we do not encourage the practice of high pressure sales.
Our aim of course is to have satisfied customers (and dealers) and we accomplish that by answering your questions, offering good value, extended service and a toll free help line.
